Upskilling support workers into client coordination roles has been a great opportunity to leverage our team and offer career development pathways for existing staff. Participants have already built trusting relationships with our team which can offer a better sense of trust moving into an office-based role where they will get a firsthand introduction into the case management of each our NDIS funded participants
